Turn a few slides into a looping card under your name. We host the GIF for you, so the signature pastes straight into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or Yahoo. No signup.
You make one card for everyone. Each person then adds their own name, role, phone and email or link from your team link.
Copy signature is the full one, with your animated card. Copy short version is only your name and role, for replies, so the card doesn't repeat down a long email thread. Switch the preview to Reply to see it.
Remove the line from every signature you make for $5, once.
Paid once, by team size, with no "Made with Voltti" line. Free with a paid Voltti Teams plan. Change the card later and it updates in everyone's signature.
To change the card, open your edit link, change the slides and press Create the team card. Everyone's signature shows the new card within minutes.
Activate to get your team link. Your card is saved; the link works once it's activated.
One time: up to 5 people $15, up to 20 $39, up to 50 $79, any size $149.
Press your mail app. We copy your signature and open its settings in a new tab. You paste and save.
Most mail apps play GIFs: Gmail, Apple Mail on Mac and iPhone, Yahoo Mail, Outlook on the web and Outlook for Mac. Outlook for Windows desktop shows only the first frame, so make your first slide work on its own.
Gmail sorts mail by who sends it and how it looks. A personal email you write to one person almost always lands in the main inbox. What tips mail toward Promotions is the look of a newsletter: big images, many links, tracking and little text. This tool keeps your signature on the personal side:
What you write still matters most. Short, personal emails with a real reply-to go to the inbox. Sending the same email to hundreds of people at once is what gets sorted as marketing, with or without a GIF.
Yes. Gmail, Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail and Outlook on the web and Mac all show animated GIFs in a signature. The GIF has to be online at a web address, because signatures can't hold an uploaded file. This tool hosts it for you.
Outlook for Windows desktop shows only the first frame of a GIF. Everyone else sees the animation. Put your clearest slide first so the still version still says something.
Not on its own. Personal emails with one small image and plain links land in the inbox. Mail gets sorted as promotional when it looks like a newsletter or goes to many people at once. Every GIF made here is under 500 KB; keep tracking links out of the rest of your signature too.
600 pixels wide or less, and under 500 KB so it loads fast on phones. The card here is 600 by 200 pixels, or 480 by 160 for a smaller one, and the tool compresses every GIF to stay under 500 KB.
For good. Old emails keep showing your card. If you change the slides, make a new GIF and paste the new signature; the old link keeps working in emails you already sent.
Yes. Make the card, press Set up a team signature, and activate it: one payment by team size (up to 5 people $15, up to 20 $39, up to 50 $79, any size $149), or free with a paid Voltti Teams plan. Then send the team link around. Each person adds their own name, role, phone and email or link, then copies their signature. When you change the card with your edit link, every signature shows the new one within minutes, with nothing to paste again.
Yes. It's $5 once and covers every signature you make with the same email, forever. Pay with the button above; if you paid before, press Already paid and type that email. Paying also lifts your limit from 3 GIFs a day to 20. Team signatures include no line.
The editor runs in your browser. Only the finished GIF is uploaded, because it has to be online to show in emails. Anyone with its link can see it, just like any image in an email.
Email apps don't play video, but they do play GIFs. Add a short clip to any slide here and it becomes part of the GIF: up to 4 seconds, silent, shrunk to fit. The whole card still stays under 500 KB.
3 a day for free, counted per internet connection. Once you've paid to remove "Made with Voltti", or activated a team signature, you can make 20 a day.
Yes. Press Save GIF, upload it to your own site or Google Drive, and insert it in your mail app by its web address.
