Add who is in the room and what they earn, by the hour or by salary. See what the meeting costs per minute, each time it runs and over a year. No signup.
A meeting is one slice of the week. With Voltti Teams, a team lead or client sees who is working now, in which app, and what each hour costs at each person's own rate. Voltti counts real minutes per app on Mac and Windows with no timers, so you pay for real hours.
Example: six people at $50 an hour and one manager on $104,000 a year ($50 an hour) meet for 30 minutes every week. Seven people at $50 is $350 an hour, or about $5.83 a minute. One meeting costs $350 × 0.5 = $175, and 52 of them cost $9,100 a year.
This counts pay only. If you want benefits, taxes and overhead in the number, enter each person's full cost per hour instead of their pay.
Add up the hourly rate of everyone in the meeting, then multiply by the length in hours. A 45 minute meeting with four people at $60 an hour costs 4 × $60 × 0.75 = $180. Enter your attendees above and the calculator does it for you.
Divide the yearly salary by 2,080, the hours in a year of 40 hour weeks. $78,000 a year is $37.50 an hour. Pick "per year" next to a group and the calculator converts it for you.
Press Start when the meeting begins. It shows how long you have been in the room and what that time has cost so far, using the attendees above. It counts from the moment you pressed Start, so it stays right even if you switch tabs, and it stops ticking when you press Stop.
The yearly cost only shows for meetings that repeat. Pick weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly to see it.
If people prepare for the meeting or walk across the building for it, that time costs the same as the meeting itself. Add it to the length if you want a fuller number.
Your numbers stay in your browser so they're still there when you come back. Nothing is sent to a server.
Voltti Teams shows a team lead or client who is working now, in which app, and what each hour costs at each person's own rate. Each person runs Voltti for Mac or Voltti for Windows, which records real minutes per app with no timer to start or stop.
