Pick a date and 2 to 6 cities. See everyone's hours side by side, find the hours when all of you are at work, and copy the time for each person. No signup.
A planner tells you when people should be at work. Voltti Teams shows a team lead or client who is working right now, in which app, and what each hour costs at each person's own rate, so you pay for real hours. On your own Mac or Windows computer, Voltti counts your real minutes per app with no timer to start.
Example: a team in New York, London and Berlin. For most of the year New York is 5 hours behind London and 6 behind Berlin, so 9 AM to 11 AM in New York is 2 PM to 4 PM in London and 3 PM to 5 PM in Berlin. That two hour window is the only time all three are at work.
Clocks don't all change on the same day. The US moves its clocks on the second Sunday in March and the first Sunday in November, while the EU moves on the last Sunday in March and October. For a week or two each spring and fall, the gap between New York and London is 4 hours instead of 5. The planner works each hour out for the date you pick, so it stays right through those weeks.
Need to total the meeting hours afterward? The hours and minutes calculator adds them up, and the time duration calculator finds the time between two clock times.
Add every attendee's city above. The planner lines up the hours and highlights the ones where everyone is between 9 AM and 5 PM local time. Pick one of those, then copy the time for each city.
That happens with cities far apart, like San Francisco and Singapore. The planner then marks the hours that suit the most people. Early morning for one side and early evening for the other is the usual compromise, or you can take turns.
Yes. Every hour is worked out with your browser's built in time zone data for the exact date you pick, so a change from summer to winter time shows up on the day it happens. On that day your own row has 23 or 25 hours.
Some places are not a whole number of hours from UTC. India is UTC+5:30 and Nepal is UTC+5:45, so their hours start part way through the other cities' hours.
Yes. Type a time zone name in the Region/City format, such as America/Denver or Asia/Manila, and choose it from the results. Every zone your browser knows can be added.
The cities you pick stay in your browser so they're still there next time. Nothing is sent to a server.
